Digital Products
Due to the instant delivery of digital content, all sales of downloadable materials (including eBooks, workbooks, and online resources) are considered final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, reach out to support@eddingtonpindura.com and we will assist you promptly.
Coaching & Counselling Services
You may cancel or reschedule coaching or counselling sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer that slot to someone else in need.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded in full.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
For prepaid coaching or counselling packages:
- You may request a partial refund on unused sessions within 7 days of your purchase, provided no session has been used.
- Refunds are not available once sessions have begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Memberships and Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If you are enrolled in a coaching programme or membership, you may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Upon cancellation, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.
Satisfaction Guarantee (If Offered)
If a particular service or programme includes a satisfaction guarantee, this will be clearly noted on its sales page. Where applicable, you must:
- Request a refund within the specified timeframe (e.g., 7 or 14 days)
- Demonstrate that you’ve engaged with the material (e.g., attended sessions, completed worksheets)
Accidental Payments or Billing Errors
If you believe a payment was made in error or you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and respond promptly.
